1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, uploading audio, or interacting with the Indie Tamil Music Production portal (domain indietamilmusicproduction.zaventra.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide a digital music distribution service that delivers your recorded audio and associated metadata to third-party digital stores, online jukeboxes, streaming platforms, ringtone vendors, and social networks (collectively referred to as "Digital Streaming Stores"). We do not sell music directly to listeners; we act as a licensing distributor between the Artist/Label and Streaming Stores.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & License

You retain 100% ownership of your copyright and master recordings. You do not transfer ownership to us.

However, to deliver and license your music, you grant Indie Tamil Music Production a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide license to:

• Deliver, stream, display, publish, and distribute your audio recordings and artwork to downstream Digital Streaming Stores.
• Use your artist name, biography, stage photos, and lyrics for marketing and promotional highlights.
• Generate unique identification codes (such as ISRC and UPC codes) for your releases.
• Collect streaming revenues, licensing fees, and royalties generated by your audio catalog.

4. Content Integrity & Sample Clearing

You warrant and represent that:

• You own or have secured all necessary licenses for all vocal recordings, backing tracks, beats, instruments, and samples contained in the audio files you upload.
• You will NOT upload content containing uncleared audio samples, unauthorized cover songs, loop packs, or computer-generated noise designed to manipulate stream graphs.
• Your content does not infringe the trademark, copyright, or moral rights of any third party.

Warning: Any detected piracy, artificial stream manipulation (bot farms), or copyright claims will result in immediate catalog takedown, withholding of royalties, and termination of account access.

5. Payouts and Royalty Splits

We receive royalty reporting statements from streaming platforms monthly, typically 60-90 days after the streams occur. We aggregate these statistics and display them in your artist dashboard. You can request royalty withdrawals directly to your verified bank account once your balance meets our minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000 INR. We reserve the right to audit payouts and deduct applicable tax withholding required under Indian Income Tax regulations.

6. Catalog Takedown

You may request the removal (takedown) of your releases from Digital Streaming Stores at any time through your dashboard or by emailing our support desk. We will process and submit takedown requests to platforms within 5 business days, though individual stores may take up to 2-4 weeks to completely remove the catalog files from their customer frontends.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our distribution services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that third-party streaming stores will accept or continue to host your songs, nor do we guarantee a specific volume of monthly streaming plays or royalty income.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Indie Tamil Music Production shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
